It
Doesn't Get Much Better Than This!
A perfect day in paradise as you awaken to the soothing sounds of
the waves breaking against the shore. Outside your bedroom door
your maid has quietly placed a small pot of steaming rich coffee,
banana bread and fresh mango or orange juice. You sip your coffee
on your verandah as you try to match the thousand shades of blue
in the Caribbean Sea with the iridescent green of the little
bird who has joined you for breakfast.
Time Moves At A Slower Pace
You bypass your shower in favor of a swim in the warm embrace of
your own pool. When you finish your swim, you find a towel and chaise
lounge waiting for you. Your travel companions (family or that special
group of friends) have joined you by the pool for a sumptuous breakfast
of fresh fruits, plantain, eggs, bacon, pancakes and cereal. The
pace of life is smooth in a villa because each bedroom has it's
own bathroom.
Lunch By The Sea
As
the day unfolds each pursues their pleasures. One opts to try wind
surfing, the others will go horseback riding. You have spent the
morning strolling through the villa's private gardens with its colors
and fragrances set amid banana and coconut trees and small cries
of exotic birds. Your cook asks when you might want lunch. You look
at your love one that has fallen asleep in a deck chair by the pool.
You whisper "later" and request a picnic lunch with wine.
The two of you will enjoy a healthy dose of romance over a late
lunch at the end of the villa's tiny private beach.
Dinner At Sunset
Later,
everyone gravitates back to the villa. As the sun sets the butler
serves drinks by the pool. When everyone is ready an exquisite dinner
will be served in the dining room that opens to a stunning view
of the ocean. The sun has set. Candles are lit and music plays softly
on the villa's sound system while your group sips coffee and cognac
in a state of pure bliss. There is no regret that this day is ending
since you know tomorrow will be another perfect day in paradise.
